Looking for an affordable space to teach or host workshops? We offer our warehouse space for $50 per 3-hour session, accommodating up to 15 participants.

What's Included:

• 3 hours of dedicated time for your workshop, plus 30 minutes pre and post event for set-up and clean up.

• Bathroom with sink, small kitchen area, wifi, and climate control.

• Promotional support through our community channels

• Some basic workshop supplies are available: aprons, scissors, markers, glue sticks.

• Free parking for all attendees

Why We Do This:

Our mission centers on making creative practice sustainable and accessible. While typical Miami art spaces charge significantly more, we keep our rates low to support working artists building their practices. Members receive additional discounts on workshop rentals. In exchange for our promotional support, we ask that you offer a 10% discount on ticketed events for our community members.

Space Guidelines:

• We support events aligned with our mission: art workshops around techniques or learning, or events specifically created for our artist community.

• General Liability Form required for all attendees (provided by collaboARTive).
